CHARLOTTE OFFICE BUILD-OUT

Crown Lighting Group partnered with Redline Design Group to assist with the upfit of Swinerton’s headquarters in the Wesley Heights neighborhood of West Charlotte. This project’s unique requirements included seamlessly integrating lighting into staircase handrails, concrete masonry, and mass timber ceilings, as well as oversized acoustic pendants for their main conference room. These enhancements transformed any empty shell space into a truly unique environment that embodies the “work hard, play hard” mentality of the company.
