Planning Your Visit

Tuesday-Thursdays are the best days to visit our office, as they coincide with the days most of our clients are open for vendor visits. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we only permit one day for sales calls with each of our offices. However, you can book visits with our Charlotte and Asheville offices on back-to-back days. Please note, many of our clients only permit lunch & learn appointments that offer an AIA-certified presentation. Competition for these limited slots among all trades means there are few opportunities each year to visit the most sought-after firms. We highly recommend booking your visit as early as possible at the beginning of each year.

Shared Expenses

Crown’s policy is to split the cost of all meals, food, or activities 50-50 between agency and manufacturer. Please notify us how you would prefer receipts for reimbursement to be handled.

Travel & Accommodations

We recommend planning to arrive the day before your scheduled visit in the market you are visiting with. If you need assistance with hotel recommendations, please reach out to us after your form below is submitted.
